This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through or in connection with BlaZe, a multipurpose Discord bot operated by Team BlaZe, based in India.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. By purchasing any premium features, services, subscriptions, or digital goods associated with BlaZe (collectively, “Services”), you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • ○ Dissatisfaction with features or performance
  • ○ Inactivity or discontinued use
  • ○ Server-specific issues or misconfigurations
  • ○ Duplicate purchases

2. Responsibility of the User

It is the responsibility of the user to:
  • ○ Understand the functionality of the Services prior to purchase
  • ○ Review all features, pricing, and compatibility information
  • ○ Channel ID
  • ○ Role ID
  • ○ Message ID
  • ○ Contact Team BlaZe with any questions before completing a transaction

We are not liable for purchases made in error or under misunderstanding.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will be considered a breach of this Policy and may result in a permanent ban from using BlaZe services.
