Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BlaZe only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not use BlaZe to:

• Spam commands, messages or other users.
• Harass, threaten or abuse individuals or communities.
• Conduct scams, phishing or fraudulent activities.
• Share or promote NSFW content through the bot.
• Engage in any illegal activity.

You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using BlaZe. Violations of either Discord's rules or these Terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from BlaZe.

2. Bot Integrity

BlaZe is a privately maintained, closed-source project. Unless expressly authorized by Team BlaZe, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the bot.
• Clone, copy or imitate BlaZe.
• Inject code, scripts or automation intended to manipulate the bot.
• Attempt to bypass premium restrictions or licensing.
• Interfere with BlaZe's infrastructure or services.

Any such activity may result in immediate termination of access without prior notice or refund.

3. Premium Services

Premium features are licensed only through official payment methods provided by Team BlaZe.

You must not:

• Resell or redistribute premium access.
• Share premium subscriptions outside their intended use.
• Collect payment from others for unauthorized premium access.
• Use premium features beyond the terms of your subscription.

Abuse of premium services may result in termination of your subscription, revocation of benefits and blacklisting of your Discord server.

4. Availability of Service

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, BlaZe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, availability or error-free operation.

5. Enforcement

Team BlaZe reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user or server that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

Enforcement actions may include removal of both free and premium access where appropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team BlaZe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use BlaZe.

7. Changes to These Terms

Team BlaZe may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of BlaZe after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
